The best gifts are felt by the heart. That is what guest mom Annie learned just days before Mother’s Day. Her daughter, Mckenna, has been fighting for her life since she was born. A heart condition and other medical conditions left baby Mckenna unable to hear, among other things. But that was about to change. At sixteen months old, Mckenna sat on her mom’s lap and had no idea what was about to happen.
